Message from Mr. Pradeep Jain, Chairman, CREADAI

Dear Fellow Developers
and Well-wishers of the Real Estate Industry,

At the outset, let me thank you all for turning out in full force to make the 11th NATCON at Singapore a grand success on 28th & 29th April. CREDAI’s Annual Convention - NATCON has always been a benchmark event to round up the current industry environment and discuss strategies for the future. There was nothing more gratifying for me, as a newly appointed Chairman, to see the event’s success.

Close to my heart at this time is the Mission Transparency, through which we have taken the bull by the horns to make a concerted effort to bring in clarity and speed in systems and processes for the benefit of all the stakeholders of this industry, especially the consumers. I want every developer to send out a positive message to the markets that real estate developers are genuinely interested in long-term customer satisfaction and that, as a community represented by CREDAI, we stand firmly against evils like corruption, black money and evasion, on the same side as the consumer. To this end, we have always had a Code of Conduct that every CREDAI member follows voluntarily. We are constantly on vigil to improve this Code and encourage its full adoption across the country.

CREDAI has grown manifold in the last decade. Today, we are making a focused effort to spread awareness
about CREDAI and its member associations in cities across India. Established and well-accepted by the Central and State Governments, CREDAI enjoys the status of an Advisor and confidante and is regularly appointed to important Committees for policy making. We are confident that we can leverage this position for further enhancement of the developer community, the industry and for ultimate benefit to the consumer.

Sincerely,
Pradeep Jain
Chairman, CREDAI
